Youtherans Make a Big Impact

St. Andrews Lutheran's "Youtherans" visited us at Takesa Village to help beautify two lots, and tidy up some of the community spaces. The friendly atmosphere they brought with them attracted some neighbors, too. In one day of hard work, these kids were able to clear a truly frightening mammoth-sized juniper (full of spiders), prep the cement pad for a shed, and do some weeding and other handy jobs. We're grateful for these kids and their willingness to get dirty for a good cause!
