First Home Sold!

On March 6, 2024, our first home buyer signed the paperwork finalizing the sale of home #1. She received the keys, and her family have moved in!

The Village Cohousing Works team met during the first week of March to plan the purchase and installation of home #2. We have already identified the site & begun work preparing ground for the next home. 

In 2024, we hope to install & resell two more brand-new homes. Your contribution helps us order homes more quickly. Every dollar donated goes toward permanently housing vulnerable households.
